E3 Binckbank Classic 2019 Prediction

The E3 Binckbank Classic is the second of a sequence of spring classics in Flanders at the World Tour level. Unlike The Driedaagse earlier this week, this is not a sprint stage, but more something for the ‘puncheurs’ in the peloton. For this stage we have a separate page with detailed route maps and elevation profiles. The predictions for the E3 Binckbank Classic can be found in Table 1.

Driedaagse Brugge De Panne 2019 Prediction

The Driedaagse Brugge De Panne is the first of a sequence of five classics in Flanders at the world tour level. The Driedaagse has an impressive startlist of sprinters featuring Viviani, Groenewegen, Gaviria, Kittel and more. With such a field and the supporting teams it is easy to assume that we will see another sprint this Wednesday. However, historically sprint victories are not that common in the Driedaagse.

Volta Ciclista a Catalunya 2019 Prediction

The 99th Volta Ciclista a Catalunya is the fifth multiday race on the World Tour calendar. Given the amount of climbing involved the race is a good test for all the GC riders out there. GP de Denain 2019 Predictions

The Grand Prix de Denain is heading for it’s 61st edition. The parcours changed a lot compared to a few years ago and now features about 21 kilometers of cobblestones. Milan San Remo 2019 Prediction

The first monument of the year is about to start: the 110th Milan San Remo. The 291(!) kilometer long parcours is mainly flat, but has quite some surprises. The last 30 kilometers feature two climbs with with slopes up to 8-9%. However, it is very likely the decision will only be made in the last kilometer of the race that is until 600 meters from the finish going downhill at -4.

Bredene Koksijde 2019 Prediction

The Bredene Koksijde Classic 2019 takes place on March 22, 2019, two days after Nokere Koerse. Bredene Koksijde is most likely better known as the Handzame Classic. Not only did they change the name of the race, also the parcours is different. The race over 199.52 kilometers starts in Bredene and ends up in the coastal town Koksijde. Danilith Nokere 2019 Prediction

Wednesday March 20 it’s time for the 74th Danilith Nokere. It’s a race at the HC level in Belgium. The start and finish of the 195 kilometer race are in Deinze and Nokere, respectively. The predictions in Table 1 are based on Zweeler points for the Danilith Nokere game (so you do not see e.g. probabilities). In this game riders score points by ending up in the top 25 of a race.

Tirreno Adriatico 2019 Prediction

The 66th Tirreno Adriatico starts on the 13th of March 2019. This edition features no real mountain stages, but there will be plenty of climbing involved since the race organizers advertise with the quote “The champions vs the ‘Wall’”. Traditionally the Tirreno starts with a team time trial of almost 22 kilometers. The prediction that we present in Table 1 is for the Tirreno Zweeler poule.

Paris - Nice 2019 Prediction

The Sun’s Race, a.k.a. Paris Nice will start on Sunday March 10. This seven stage race is about 1240 kilometers long and features a time trial of 25.5 kilometers in stage 5 and a finish on the Col de Turini in stage 6. In Table 1 you can find the predictions for the Paris - Nice Zweeler poule. In general, these predictions are also useful for other types of bets/poules.

Strade Bianche 2019 Prediction

Saturday March 9 it’s time for the 13th Strade Bianche. It’s a race at the World Tour level and starts and finishes in the beautiful city of Siena.
